Picking my faves from this patchwork quilt of California Summer Fun in the Sun- is like picking your favorite drink or burger from the "dive" bar where you hang out. I love the crack the whip sound of SO PERFECT, ELECTRIC SUN and SHAKE IT UP BABY. The depth of feeling in DRIVE, SOMETHING'S BROKEN and COME HOME rips your heart. Go Willie GO! Don't stop! This is a must have because he's the guy you know that sings well and just has a good time-- and it shows!

As usual Willie Herath serves up a 12 stick pack of bubble gum pop that refuses to lose it's flavor. This one will be stuck in my playlist for quite some time. Can't wait to hear it on the airwaves. Particularly loved "Drive" and "Come Home". The radio powers that be need to pull the gum out of their ears and give this one a listen!

This CD is pretty great. It's non-commercial actual music that.. I like. In fact, I like it a whole heck of a lot. In fact.. the planet might sink into a complete state of hopeless disarray if artists like Willie weren't around to save us from the pit of dispair that is contemporary industrialized commercial music. I give it the El Pollo Loco trying to cross the street seal of approval! TECHNO GRINGO!

This music is so much fun!!! Every song is totally fresh and different than anything out there. And every song is different from the next. Sticky Flip-Flop ... well it speaks for itself, and my personal favorite, Somethings Broken is a harmonious, instrumental masterpiece. Finally, this is music for all ages ... and I mean all ages! Our one-year-old dances everytime he listens and our 20 something friends love it just the same. Very cool Willie!

Every song on Willie's CD is unique and catchy. My personal favorite is Sticky flip flop but, Drive comes in as a close second. Wake up June is a song that I think everyone can relate to. You really need to listen the the lyrics because the song holds a lot of meaning. Thanks for the music Willie!
